Any misuse, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow instructions may affect performance, warranties, and liability.

Service Agreements & Contracts

All major projects and services are governed by written proposals, service orders, or contracts that detail the scope of work, technical specifications, timelines, pricing, payment schedule, warranty terms, and any special conditions.

  • Work will typically commence after the acceptance of the proposal and/or execution of a formal agreement and receipt of any agreed advance payment.

  • In case of any inconsistency between these Terms and a specific signed contract, the provisions of the signed contract for that project will prevail for that engagement.

Pricing, Payments & Billing Policies

Pricing for products and services is generally specified in proposals, quotations, or invoices shared with you.

  • Prices may be subject to applicable taxes, duties, government levies, or regulatory charges, which will be indicated as per prevailing law.

  • Payment schedules (such as advance, progress payments, and completion payments) are defined in each proposal or contract. Delays in payments may result in suspension of work, interest charges, or other remedies as provided in the applicable agreement.

  • Payments are typically accepted through bank transfers, digital payments, or other modes communicated by Macrolite Solar & Corp.

  • Any additional work or variation orders requested by you and accepted by us may be billed separately at agreed rates.

Warranties, Guarantees & Disclaimers

Macrolite Solar & Corp may provide:

  • Manufacturer warranties on solar panels, inverters, batteries, and other hardware, as per each manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

  • Limited workmanship or installation warranty for services completed by our team or authorized partners, as specified in your proposal or contract.

Unless expressly stated in writing:

  • All services and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and performance depends on factors such as site conditions, weather patterns, grid availability, and user behavior.

  • Any generation estimates or savings projections shared are indicative and not guaranteed, as actual performance can vary over time.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
